Server "Thornton" - Security switched from DSO to suPHP

For better security, we are switching our server from DSO to suPHP.

If you face any issues please check the following:-

1. Directories should have 755 permission (not 777)
2. Files should have 644
3. Change the file and folder ownership to your username
4. Remove all the php variables from your .htaccess file and add them to your custom php.ini file.
