On Sunday, September 5th, 2010 at 11:02am AEST time, a hacker launched an attack on various servers - including our server "Tarro" - in our Dallas, TX, USA, Data Centre. "Tarro" secondary backup drive is bad and needs to be replaced

We received an alert from the server early this morning that the secondary backup drive is bad and needs to be replaced. We will be replacing the drive sometime after 1pm AEST time today. Downtime should be no longer than 30 minutes. We will do everything we can to keep downtime to a minumum.

Emergency Maintenance on server "Hexam"
